Because MediaOfficers Link Vault delivers instant digital assets (our proprietary database of 8,477+ backlink opportunities), we maintain a strict 48-hour request window to balance platform abuse with genuine customer satisfaction.
1. Refund Eligibility Window
To qualify for a full refund of your subscription fee, you must contact our billing support team at vault@mediaofficers.com or open a high-priority support ticket within exactly **48 hours** from the timestamp of your initial transaction.
Any refund request submitted after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for reimbursement.
2. Abuse Constraints
We monitor platform engagement metrics. To prevent database scraping abuse:
- Users who export or systematically scrape more than 50 backlink site details during their trial period are not eligible for a refund.
- Users who violate our Terms of Service (such as sharing login accounts or abusing the AI assistant) forfeit all rights to a refund.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source (PayPal or PayU). It may take between 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your credit card or bank account, depending on financial institution cycles.
4. Submitting a Request

Please include your PayPal Transaction ID or PayU Pay ID to expedite identification.
